Description:
Our Villas , “Iskar – 1” (**),are found in the center of the Kranevo village.The sea is 700m away.There are many places of entertainment on the beach alley.

We possess 3 villas and each one has its own free parking lot and the yard is walled and appropriate for children play. The area is very quiet. Each Villa contains 4 rooms:

First floor :the room(studio type) is round 55m2 ;the capacity is 4 people and there are another 2 additional single beds ;the room has a kitchen(cooker ,hot-plates ,fridge ,broad board ,cupboards and act.).The room has a bathroom ,WC and a terrace; cable TV;

Second floor: there are 2 rooms

-double room(20m2 ) with 2 single beds ,bathroom ,WC and a terrace; fridge and cable TV;
-triple room(35m2) with 3 single beds and a possibility for 1 additional single bed; bathroom ,WC and a terrace; fridge and cable TV;

Third floor: the room (50m2) has a big bed and a possibility for 1 additional single bed; bathroom, WC and a terrace; fridge and cable TV; the room is appropriate for families with children;


Prices for July and August for unorganized groups of tourists are:

First floor – 45?/day

Second floor
Dbl room – 25?/day
Trpl room – 36?/day

Third floor – 40?/day

The prices for June,September and October for unorganized bands of tourists are:

First floor – 25?/day

Second floor
Dbl room – 13?/day
Trpl room – 18?/day

Third floor – 24?/day


We offer to our clients a free swimming pool and а 10% discount of every breakfast ,lunch and dinner.


PRICES per person(including a breakfast) for organized groups of tourists are:
