Two of them are double, plus an extra bed available, satellite TV, air conditioning, refrigerator to service the entire floor, and separate toilet and bathroom. There are 2 more double rooms of the same description. All the rooms have separate terraces with tables and chairs. On the first floor of the house, there is a dining room, modernly equipped kitchen area and a large terrace with a view to a beautifully landscaped green garden with parasols, sun-beds, a table and chairs. On the roof, there is a 360° panorama terrace with a view to the sea, “Albena” resort, “Golden Sands” resort, “Kaliakra” cape, the town of Balchik and the villa area.
