Description:
Guest house "4 seasons " is in the Tzareva Livada village. The village is in teh Central Balkans, 30km from Veliko Tarnovo, 15 from Gabrovo and Bojentzi, 8 км from Tryavna and 5 from Dryanovo. Within 30km there are over 20 active monasteries, among tehm are the Kapinovski monastery and the Dryanovski monastery. Just by the Dryanovski monastery (6km from the house) there is teh Batcho Kiro Cave, to which leads an eco-path. Tzareva livada has been famous resort till mid 50es because of its healthy climate especially good for peaople with lung deseases. In the village there is an opened pool, three hotel complexes and another three guest houses, a restaurant and a bar. In the mountain above the village have been found the remains of the "Strinava " castle.
The house disposes with two floors and a separate building. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, mixer and cooker, a big atble and a fire place - can be used as dining room. The second room is a rest room with a PC with Internet. Both rooms are equipped with Cable TVs. On the second floor are teh 4 rooms, each named by a season. "Spring " is a double room with a double bed, wardrobe, two night tables and a looking glass. Room "Summer " - two beds a singe and a person and a half, wardrobe and a night table. Room "Autumn " - two separate beds with night tables, wardrobe and looking glass. Room "Winter " - a sofa that becomes a double bed and a separate bed, wardrobe. On the floor there are three bathrooms alltogether - two showers and WC ans a separate shower room. The separate building is an art-gallery and salon - there are benches and tables for gatherings and celebrations.
The house has a large yard with grass and a stone-made part where in the summer there are places tables and benches. The house is very appropriate for families with children.
