This charming oriental style villa with a private pool and huge garden is nestled in the lush hills in Balchik area, distanced only about 3 km from the town centre and about 4 km from the see shore. With its walking proximity (5 minutes) to a small local groceries and a cozy restaurant, Villa Jasmine provides a comfortable holiday accommodation for a large family or a friends group and ensures your ever dreamed beach vacation.
Villa Jasmine is spread out on 3 floors with total living area of 280 sq m. You will find a large living room on the ground floor, which combines a fully equiped kitchen area (refrigerator, oven with 4 electric hobs, dishwasher, microwave, coffee mashine, device for boiling water, toaster and washing mashine), dining table with 8 seats and lounge area. On the ground floor is a separate WC located. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms - 1 twin and 2 double - and a shower-room with a cubical located. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where the 2 twin bedrooms and the second shower-room are at guests ' disposal.
