Come to our hut at the spring of the Arda river – Zastavata Hut. Feel the cosiness of the Rhodopes, enjoy the tranquility, gratify your passion for extreme adventures and discover thyself and people around you!



Here is the starting point of routes to: the spring of Arda river, the Ardin peak, the place Lagat (where Valia Balkanska was born), the caves – Uhlovitsa, Nadarska, Borikovska, Garga Dere (with cave lake), The Waterfalls, protected areas, а Thracians’ sanctuary and other cultural, architectural, historical and geographical landmarks. You may practice extreme sports, horse riding, hunting or fishing.



We offer you 40 beds in rooms with 2 or 3 beds, 1 room with 8 beds and 1 touristic bedroom with 9 beds. All the rooms have TV. WC and shower common to each floor.
