Description:
House “Starata Loza” – “The Old Vineyard” is a two-storey house that preserved the spirit and charm of the Rhodopian architecture. Its location is on a quiet street in the center of town Devin. The house combines antiquity with all necessary comforts that you need for a pleasant stay. “Here the smile is always in esteem”.
We offer 6 double rooms. Each of them has a TV. Three of the rooms are with own WC and the other three are with two common WCs. The equipped kitchen allows the guests to prepare food by themselves. On request you can try from the Rhodopian cuisine and also any delights from the traditional Bulgarian cuisine. The house receives guests all year round. For tour agencies and groups or for a longer than 5 days stay price reductions are available. Children younger than 10 years of age stay for free.
In the vicinity of the house are Spa Hotel Devin, where you can use the mineral pool, Jacuzzi, tangentor and other procedures with price reduction for our guests.
We have our own stables 2 kilometers distance from town Devin, where you can try horse-back riding or fishing in the lake near the stables. We can organize wild-life observations or visits to historical places, waterfalls, caves etc. We also have off-road vehicles. We organize short trips to the caves “Dyavolsko Garlo” (Devil’s Throat), “Yagodinska Cave” and to “Dyavolskiya Most” (The Devil’s Bridge) and “Kemera”.
Devin is a small picturesque town with approximately 7500 inhabitants – hospitable and warm-hearted people from the Rhodopes. Here you can still leave your car unlocked and we can guarantee you that nobody will try to steal anything. The town is 190 kilometers away from Sofia and 30 kilometers away from the ski resort Pamporovo. The region is extremely rich in natural landmarks. In Devin is located the bottling factory for the famous Devin mineral water. The opulence of mineral springs allows treatment of a series of diseases of the locomotory system, infertility among others.
