The mountain villa "Kom" is in natural park "North-western Balkan" , 15 kilometers away from the town of Berkovitsa.The villa has 106 beds, 36 rooms- 17 of them has their own bathroom and toilet , and 19 rooms with seratate bathroom/toilet.There are parking lot, barbeque, fire place,satelite TV set, kitchen, satelite tv, heating, refrigerator, phone, internet, bathroom/toilet, microwave oven, view, radio, iron, coffee machine . During the sommer there are prefect conditions for eco-tourism among amazing nature.Near by there is a ski- run (1 mile long) ,ski-lift,ski-wardrobe and ski-instructors. 2 hours away from the villa is mount Kom(№ 34 of the 100 national tourist objects). From here begins the eurotrase E3- Kom-Emine.During all the seasons the nature is unique!The employees are kind and responsive!
