The complex is located in one of the most romantic and artistic Bulgarian towns – Sozopol. The building was designed in the style of the ancient houses of Sozopol and offers a beautiful view of the Black Sea and the golden beaches. The windmill, the old lighthouse and the fishermen’s boats, as elements of that view, add charm and snugness to the compound.
The holiday village is of closed type with controlled access, round-the-clock security and all-the-year-round maintenance. It is located 50 meters away from the seacoast and the picturesque beach “Harmanite” /the stack-yards/.
