Description:
Villa 'Borika ' is situated 15 km. southeast of the town of Troian between the villages of Gumoshtnik and Velchevo in an immediate proximity to the Vidima river. In a 1200 m2 a three-storied cottage is situated with a summer barbecue, a well with a beautiful brick layer fountain, a children 's playground and a parking. On the first floor there is a tavern with a fire place and a well-appointed kitchen with a laundry room. On the second and third floors there are 5 rooms and each floor has a bathroom and a balcony. The position of the cottage is appropriate for hiking anywhere in the Central Balkan mountain.
